Augusta Furniture Outlet: Customer Agreement & Policy
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions regarding your purchase of household furnishings from Augusta Furniture Outlet. This agreement can only be modified by a written agreement between you and Augusta Furniture Outlet management.
* (a) NO REFUNDS. (b) NO RETURNS.
* Warranties: All warranties provided are manufacturers' warranties. Augusta Furniture Outlet acts solely as a servicing agent to facilitate the warranty claim process. Please visit our website for further details on specific manufacturer warranties.
* Pricing & Computations: Augusta Furniture Outlet reserves the right to correct any mathematical errors in pricing or computations at any time following the purchase/sale process.
* Financed Purchases: For any financed purchase, the customer agrees to release funds directly from the finance company to process their order.
* Layaway Policy:
* Layaway customers must provide 4 weeks' notice prior to pickup.
* All layaways are subject to a 3-month term.
* Any layaway extending beyond 3 months will result in the loss of your deposit and termination of the contract.
* Cancellations & Re-selections: All cancellations, including re-selections, are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
* Exchanges: All exchanges require manager approval.
* Estimated Arrival & Delays: Our estimated time for your purchase to arrive is 2-10 weeks. Please note that special orders may require a longer timeframe. Any changes made to your order will likely delay your delivery. We occasionally experience delays on purchase orders due to manufacturer delays and/or production times. Manufacturers may also discontinue items without prior notice.
* Returned Checks: Any returned checks will be subject to a $25 bank charge.
